What is a silent disco?
Silent Discos are a unique and immersive experience, where all participants wear a wireless headset and listen to a custom playlist of music whilst being able to interact with the facilitator. They are great as a twist on a yoga class, a fun party idea, team building session or for an activity to run with older people of those with disabilities.
